1. Purpose
This Compliance & Ethical Use page explains how Flame Technology LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") approaches responsible proxy infrastructure, lawful use, abuse prevention, and user accountability across FlameProxies services.
This page should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
2. Lawful and Responsible Use
FlameProxies is intended for legitimate business, research, testing, security, and privacy-conscious access use cases that comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their activity is lawful in each relevant jurisdiction and permitted by any third-party platforms, websites, applications, or services they access.
We do not authorize use of FlameProxies for unlawful activity, platform abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, surveillance, spam, malware, or other conduct prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Ethical IP Sourcing
We seek to source network access and IP resources from providers and counterparties that operate under lawful, contract-based, and consent-based models appropriate to the type of proxy service being supplied.
Our provider relationships may include commercial data center, ISP, residential, mobile, or other network partners. We expect upstream providers and network partners to maintain appropriate authorization, consent, and compliance controls for the resources they supply.
We may review provider representations, technical quality signals, abuse history, network reputation, and operational controls when evaluating or continuing supplier relationships.
4. Abuse Prevention and Enforcement
We maintain policies and operational controls intended to detect, prevent, and respond to abuse of the Services. These controls may include account review, payment risk checks, usage pattern review, rate limiting, traffic restrictions, access suspension, account termination, and provider-level remediation.
Examples of activity that may trigger review or enforcement include fraud signals, chargeback abuse, excessive automated activity, credential attacks, unauthorized account creation, scraping that violates law or third-party terms, spam, phishing, malware, and reports from rights holders, platforms, network operators, or law enforcement.
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion and may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, third parties, network integrity, or legal compliance.
5. Payment and Fraud Review
We may use internal and third-party tools to review orders, payments, account activity, and related risk indicators for fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, chargeback prevention, and platform security.
These reviews are intended to protect FlameProxies, payment processors, network partners, and other users from abusive or unlawful activity. They do not authorize users to rely on FlameProxies for compliance with their own legal or contractual obligations.
6. Cooperation with Legal Requests
We may respond to valid legal process, court orders, regulatory requests, law-enforcement requests, abuse reports, or network operator notices as required or permitted by applicable law.
Where legally permitted and appropriate, we may preserve, disclose, restrict, or remove account or service information to investigate suspected abuse, protect rights and safety, comply with legal obligations, or enforce our policies.
7. User Responsibilities
Users must maintain appropriate controls for their own activities, including authorization, rate limits, data handling rules, respect for third-party terms, and compliance with privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, computer misuse, and anti-fraud laws.
Users must not use FlameProxies to hide unlawful conduct, bypass accountability, violate third-party terms, create accounts at scale, manipulate online platforms, evade anti-abuse systems, or collect personal data without a valid legal basis.
