Such activities will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
4. Proxy-Specific Restrictions
Given the nature of proxy services, the following additional restrictions apply.
You may not use the Services to:
- Mask unlawful activities or evade legal accountability;
- Engage in activities intended to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent identity;
- Conduct activities that rely on anonymity to violate Applicable Law;
- Route traffic in a manner that causes harm to third-party systems or networks.
The Company does not guarantee anonymity or untraceability. You remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through the Services.
5. Resale, Redistribution, and Sharing
Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, you may not:
- Resell or sublicense the Services;
- Provide access to third parties as part of a service bureau or managed service;
- Share your account, credentials, or access with unauthorized users;
- Use the Services to operate a competing proxy or network service.
Unauthorized resale or redistribution may result in immediate suspension or termination.
6. API Usage and Automation
Where the Services are accessed via APIs or automated systems, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable rate limits and technical restrictions;
- Avoid excessive or abusive requests;
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect API credentials;
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with API functionality.
The Company reserves the right to monitor, throttle, restrict, or suspend API access to protect system integrity.
7. Third-Party Rights and Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services:
- Complies with the terms and conditions of any third-party platforms you access;
- Does not infringe or violate intellectual property rights;

The Company does not authorize or permit use of the Services in violation of third-party terms or rights.

The Company does not generally monitor User Content; however, we reserve the right to monitor usage to the extent necessary to:

We may take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations, including:

10. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account;
- Loss of access to the Services;

- Disclosure of information to authorities where required or permitted by law.
The Company's enforcement decisions are made at its sole discretion.
11. Changes to this AUP
We may update or modify this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
12. Relationship with Terms of Service
This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.
