1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of FlameProxies proxy, hosting, network infrastructure, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services may be used only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate purposes. This AUP forms part of the FlameProxies Terms of Service.
2. General Requirements
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, credentials, API keys, proxy endpoints, or purchased traffic. You must use the Services only in compliance with applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, contractual obligations, and this AUP.
FlameProxies does not authorize use of the Services to hide unlawful conduct, bypass accountability, evade enforcement, or violate the rights or rules of third parties.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use, or permit anyone else to use, the Services for any of the following activities.
3.1 Cracking, Hacking, and Unauthorized Access
- Cracking, hacking, exploiting, or attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, devices, APIs, or networks;
- Credential stuffing, brute force attacks, password spraying, token abuse, session hijacking, or account takeover activity;
- Scanning, probing, vulnerability testing, or security testing without authorization;
- Bypassing authentication, access controls, bot protections, rate limits, blocks, bans, or other security measures.
3.2 Platform Abuse and Terms of Service Violations
- Violating third-party terms of service, acceptable use rules, developer policies, marketplace rules, or platform access restrictions;
- Creating, registering, verifying, warming, operating, or managing accounts at scale without authorization;
- Manipulating engagement, rankings, votes, reviews, ads, promotions, giveaways, marketplace listings, or platform metrics;
- Sneaker botting, queue bypassing, checkout abuse, inventory hoarding, automated purchasing, or other retail platform abuse;
- Evading suspensions, bans, fraud controls, trust and safety controls, or other platform enforcement actions.
3.3 Illegal Scraping and Abusive Automation
- Illegal scraping or scraping that violates applicable law, third-party rights, contractual restrictions, or platform rules;
- Harvesting, enriching, selling, exposing, or misusing personal data without a valid legal basis;
- Automated activity that imposes excessive load, degrades third-party services, bypasses technical restrictions, or harms other users;
- Bulk registration, spam posting, fake signups, fake traffic, fake verification, or abusive bot workflows.
3.4 Surveillance, Tracking, and Personal Harm
- Surveillance, stalking, tracking, profiling, doxxing, or monitoring individuals without a valid legal basis and required authorization;
- Collecting location data, private communications, credentials, sensitive personal data, or identifying information without authorization;
- Harassment, intimidation, threats, abuse, discrimination, or activity that violates privacy, civil rights, or human rights laws.
3.5 Fraud, Spam, Malware, and Deception
- Payment fraud, carding, chargeback abuse, identity theft, impersonation, scams, or deceptive activity;
- Phishing, spam, unsolicited messaging, malware distribution, command-and-control traffic, or harmful code;
- Denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, network abuse, or activity designed to disrupt services;
- Concealing, routing, or laundering traffic for unlawful or abusive conduct.
3.6 High-Risk Illegal Uses
- Child exploitation or abuse;
- Human trafficking, terrorism, extremist activity, or illegal weapons activity;
- Activities that pose a serious risk to public safety, national security, or human rights;
- Any activity prohibited by applicable criminal, sanctions, export-control, privacy, or computer misuse laws.
4. User Responsibility for Third-Party Access
You are solely responsible for confirming that your access to third-party websites, applications, APIs, marketplaces, and platforms is lawful and permitted. FlameProxies does not grant permission to access third-party systems or bypass third-party restrictions.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and take action to protect FlameProxies, network partners, users, third parties, and the public. Enforcement may include warnings, traffic limits, endpoint blocks, account suspension, account termination, balance forfeiture where permitted by law, provider notifications, or reports to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report suspected abuse, unlawful activity, or policy violations to [email protected]. Include relevant timestamps, endpoints, URLs, account identifiers, logs, screenshots, or other details that can help us investigate.
